Clients say Aggie has an uncanny gift for sensing what's really going on beneath the surface — physically, emotionally, and in life itself.
Energy work doesn't diagnose or cure — it creates the deep rest in which your own system rebalances. Alongside any medical care, people come to Aggie for support with:
Aggie has a deep understanding of neurodivergent minds. If you're struggling with the intensity of an ADHD or autistic life — or you've recently been diagnosed and are reeling from a big realisation about who you are — her sessions offer a rare kind of calm: a space where your nervous system can finally exhale, and where you are seen without having to explain yourself.
Energy healing complements medical and psychological care — it never replaces it. If you're struggling with your physical or mental health, please also speak to your GP.
Aggie Kozma was born in Hungary, where an older, quieter relationship with healing has never quite been forgotten. From an early age she was the person others instinctively turned to — the one who could sit with someone for ten minutes and simply know where the trouble lay.
Many years ago she trained in Hungary in the Pránanadi® tradition under its founder, József Petrezselyem — a lineage of Tibetan energy work carried into Europe and taught under a strict code of ethics. What began as a calling became a lifelong practice.
Aggie has lived in Wiltshire for over thirty years. She has raised a family here, walked these downs in every season, and quietly helped a great many people along the way — friends first, then friends of friends, and now clients who find her by word of mouth.
Aggie also has a deep understanding of neurodivergent (ADHD and autistic) experience. Many of her clients come to her overwhelmed, burnt out, or newly diagnosed — trying to steady the boat after a big realisation about themselves. She meets them with calm, patience and genuine recognition.
Her gift is simple to describe and hard to explain: she tunes into a person's energy and senses what is really going on for them — often things they haven't yet put into words themselves. Sessions with Aggie are unhurried, warm and profoundly settling.
Prána — the Sanskrit word for breath, vital force, energy. Nadi — a channel, a river, a flow. Together: the universal channel of life-force.
Pránanadi® is an ancient laying-on-of-hands method for harmonising the body's energy and supporting personal development. According to the teachings of its lineage, its roots reach back thousands of years to the Tibetan tradition. It was brought to Europe and formally established in Hungary in 1993 by József Petrezselyem, who trained Aggie personally.
The premise is simple: life-force energy (prána) flows through everything — the air, water, food, and through channels (nadis) and energy centres in the body. When that flow is disturbed — by stress, illness, grief, exhaustion — we feel it on every level. Through gentle, still touch, a trained practitioner helps restore harmony to that flow.
The positive effect of calm human touch on health and mental wellbeing is well documented in modern research. What Pránanadi® adds is thousands of years of refined tradition — and, in Aggie's case, a remarkably sensitive pair of hands.
You lie down fully clothed. Aggie works with light touch or hands held just above the body. Most people drift into deep rest.
The tradition holds that it supports life processes physically, emotionally and mentally — adapting to what each person needs.
Energy work complements medical care — it never replaces it. Aggie will always encourage you to see a doctor for anything of concern.
The Pránanadi® tradition is practised under a formal ethical code. Practitioners never diagnose, never advise anyone to stop medical treatment or medication, and always refer clients to a doctor if any illness is suspected. Sessions support and complement conventional care — nothing more, nothing less.
Your first session is in person where possible — it's how Aggie tunes in best. After that, in person or online, whichever suits your life.
